■自前CMS入力フォームアップデート (2023/01/15)

　頑張ってタグを全文入力型から、TOP10はチェックボックス、番外はINPUTで入れる仕様へ変更。
　
　同じようなタグを何度も手で入れるのは面倒くさいし、
　別々の場所へタグ保存してそれぞれ検索の対象にするのもロジック的に違う。
　「別々に入力したものを一つの項目に混ぜて保存」と「入力部分では一度分離する」を別々に作る。
